Munsan Library in Paju now charges for parking.

I visited Munsan Library once before its opening ceremony. At that time, the parking lot seemed too small compared to the size of the library. Now, the parking lot is operated as a paid facility.

The parking gate goes up and down, and it also recognizes license plate numbers.

It seems that paid parking has created more available parking spaces.

Compared to my previous visit on September 3, the color of the grass has changed, and there is now a notice about the upcoming paid parking system. It is scheduled to begin on December 1, 2025.

The first 60 minutes are free, 61 to 80 minutes cost 1,000 won, and every 20 minutes after 80 minutes costs 500 won. The daily maximum fee is 7,000 won. Parking is free on closed days and public holidays.

I briefly looked around inside Munsan Library. There is a café on the first floor, and books from the second to the third floor. Please refer to the photo below for the floor guide. I intentionally did not take interior photos. Since the building is spacious and new, I noticed there is plenty of room for new books.
