Outdoor View and Surroundings of Jogang Observatory
Below is the link to the review I wrote earlier. You can find information on how to enter Aegibong Peace Ecological Park.

Inside the Jogang Observatory, you can see North Korean territory both indoors and outdoors.
A cultural tourism guide gives explanations in a designated area on the first floor where North Korea is visible.
The tour was scheduled to start in 30 minutes, but I was personally short on time, so I did not attend.
The regular guided tour times are: 10:30 a.m. (1st session), 11:30 a.m. (2nd session), 2:00 p.m. (3rd session), and 3:00 p.m. (4th session).
Below is a video showing North Korean territory as seen from the Jogang Observatory at Aegibong Peace Ecological Park.

Around the Jogang Observatory, there are the Aegibong Monument, Mangbaedan Altar, and the Bell of Peace, all located together in one area.
There are two ways to get from the Jogang Observatory to the Peace Eco Exhibition Hall: one route goes along a zigzag path and across a suspension bridge, while the other follows a downhill path.

Peace Ecology Exhibition Hall
The basement level (B1) is used as a parking lot.
I think it was on the second floor. In Zone 1, titled “Peace,” there is nothing particularly noteworthy to see. In Zone 2, titled “Ecology,” works from the 15th Republic of Korea Patriotic Art Exhibition are displayed, making it worth a visit.

Winter Cold at Aegibong Peace Ecological Park
It wasn’t cold at the ticket office of Aegibong Peace Ecological Park. However, it becomes cold once you step outside near the Peace Ecological Exhibition Hall, and it is even colder in the outdoor areas of the Jogang Observatory. The closer you get to the river and the sky, the colder it feels.
For clothing, it is recommended to wear a jacket with a hood. When taking photos on the second-floor outdoor deck of the Jogang Observatory, my hands were so cold that it was uncomfortable.
